Maths

This week for maths we have been learning about nets which means a template of a 3D shape. So far I have created a cube ,a square based pyramid and a cuboid. As you can see this is a template of a cube. If you wanted to create one you would need a ruler, pen or pencil and scissors. First create four squares down and one square across on each side. You will need to make sure the width and length are equal. Then you will need to put flaps on the sides of the bottom square and the two squares on the sides. Then you will need to cut the template out and fold the flaps. After that you will need a glue stick. You will then glue the flaps and stick them together. The final product   should look like this.

  1. Kia Ora Elijah, I like your post on nets. I think you have described it very well. Maybe next time you could make your font smaller so it's easier to read. Other than that it is good.
